Using order's toolbar and context menu, you can perform the following basic operations:
1. Add new order calls blank edit order form, which is used to create a new order.
2. To edit order you can double-click on it or use edit order button . It calls Edit Order form for the order you've selected. Please see below for options.
3. You can delete order from your store. You won't be able to undo delete from store option, unless you've made a Database backup.
4. Refresh data forces orders list update. It is useful when you're changing connection or have any doubts like is the latest data displayed.
5. Add customer calls blank edit customer form, which is used to create a new customer (for options see Edit customer dialog pages section).
6. Adjust all columns width use Authorize icon.
This is the dialog window you'll be working with whether you need to create a new order or edit existing one. It contains the following pages:
1. Main. Here you can specify customer's full name nick name, select a payment method and card type from the ones available at your store. Card information (its number, expiration date and owner's name) should to be entered and you can also see the date of purchase, order status, order currency and total.
2. Order Details. Order details includes date of purchase and order status. Also there are separate sections for customer's address book data, billing address, shipping address. Please note that any customer data changes that are made on this page will be saved for this order only, without changing customer's profile.
3. Additional Fields tab looks like a two-column table, listing parameters and their values. The content of this page depends on the order/payment contributions, which you have installed at your store. For example if you're using MagneticOne Google Checkout "google_order_id" field will be available (gets filled out for Google Checkout orders).
4. Other fields tab looks like a two-column table, listing parameters and their values, like a unique order ID.
