You can find all osCommerce Order Statuses of the current osCommerce order listed in the bottom-right corner of the page. They are listed in chronological order, first status change coming first. You can also add some comments to each status and see if the customer was notified about the osCommerce order status change.
Finally you can update order status using status context menu:
And in the osCommerce Order status window you can select the status you need and notiry your customer about the change using your sample template from the drop-down.
